Happy July! Stephanie (Grace and Yarn) and I are having fun swapping sun hats for Santa hats as we welcome our sixth annual Christmas in July event! All month long, we’re bringing a little holiday magic to your summer with four, brand new, free crochet patterns released every Monday! What is Christmas in July?
Our Christmas in July event is our yearly festive collaboration where Stephanie and I design holiday and winter themed crochet patterns and share them free on our blogs throughout the month of July! These patterns are perfect for getting a head start on your holiday projects – whether you are prepping for markets, decorating your home, or working through your gift list. Each of the four designs is quick to make, yarn-stash friendly, and ideal for stocking stuffers or last-minute presents. It’s a great way to stay creative through the summer while getting ahead on the busiest crochet season of the year. Win-win!

When will the new patterns be released?
There will be 4 new crochet patterns released during our Christmas in July 2025 event this year. Two patterns from Stephanie and two patterns from myself. We will be sharing one new pattern each Monday for the month of July!
Where can I find the patterns?
All four Christmas in July 2025 patterns will be linked right here on their release dates—so be sure to check back each Monday in July for something new! You’ll always be able to access all four free patterns from this post, even after the event wraps up, so it’s a great one to bookmark or pin for later.
